3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We use reliable courier partners to ensure timely delivery. The estimated delivery time for an order is typically 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery is estimated to take 3-7 business days after processing.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery location.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as local logistics, public holidays, or unforeseen weather conditions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email & whatsaoo containing a tracking number  & link. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package directly on the courier partner's website.

5. Shipping Damage and Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during transit. However, if your package arrives damaged or you believe it is lost, please contact us immediately.

  • Damaged Shipment: If you receive a damaged package, please take a clear photograph & video of the damage and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Lost Package: If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us so we can investigate the matter with the courier.
